Papyris does not sit between you and WhatsApp — it makes WhatsApp faster. Every customer with a phone number gets a WhatsApp button that opens their chat directly, on your phone or WhatsApp Web. No number copying, no saving contacts first.
Message templates(Settings → Message templates) do the typing: a payment reminder, an order update, a thank-you — with placeholders like the customer’s name, product and balance filled in from the order automatically. Pick a template when messaging and it opens in WhatsApp ready to send.
Papyris never sends messages on your behalf — you always see and send the final message yourself, from your own WhatsApp account.
