These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Papyris (the “Service”), a web-based customer relationship management tool for sellers. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use Papyris. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to use Papyris to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation;
• Store or send content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others;
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) to your customers via the WhatsApp link or otherwise;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

You retain ownership of the customer information, orders, payment notes and other data you enter into Papyris (“Your Data”). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store that information and for handling it in line with applicable privacy laws. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Papyris provides manualpayment tracking only. Marking an order as “Paid”, “Pending” or any other status is a record-keeping action you take yourself. Papyris does not process, hold, or transfer mobile money (MoMo) or any other funds, and is not responsible for the accuracy of payment records you enter or for any transaction between you and your customers.

The “Message on WhatsApp” feature simply opens WhatsApp with a customer's number; Papyris is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta and does not send messages on your behalf. Your use of WhatsApp and any other third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

By providing your mobile number you agree that Papyris may send you text messages for one-time sign-in codes, password resets, and notices about your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. To opt back in, reply START. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Where you use Papyris to message your own customers, you send those messages and are responsible for them: you must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient, comply with the messaging rules that apply where they are, and stop messaging anyone who opts out. You are responsible for the content of those messages.

Some features require a paid plan. Fees, billing cycles and any free tiers are described on our pricing page and may change over time. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.

Papyris is an early-stage product offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue features as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papyris and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Papyris and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Papyris after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
