Papyris tracks the mobile money payments you receive so nothing slips: each payment is logged against an order with an amount, a status and an optional transaction reference.
Payment statuses follow the life of a real MoMo request:
- Draft → Sent → Pending — you have asked for payment and are waiting.
- Paid — money received; this also drives the automatic “Paid” customer tag and your dashboard revenue.
- Failed / Expired / Refunded— for requests that didn’t complete, so your numbers stay honest.
Papyris records payments — it does not move money. Customers pay you the way they already do (MTN MoMo, bank, cash), and you log the result. For getting paid through an emailed link, see invoices & payment links.
