The Invoices page turns an order into a professional invoice you can email to a customer, with your logo and business details on it.
- Create an invoice from an order or from scratch: line items, amounts, due date.
- Generate a payment link — a hosted page where your customer pays online. The link is emailed to them with the invoice.
- Automatic reconciliation — when the customer pays, the invoice is marked paid and a receipt email goes out without you touching anything.
- Overdue chasing — Papyris emails you a morning summary of overdue invoices so you know exactly who to nudge.
Add your email address in Settings first — payment links are sent from your account, and replies go to you.
