Papyris imports customer lists from .csv and .xlsx / .xls files — both from the welcome wizard and anytime later. Using Google Sheets? Download your sheet as CSV (File → Download → CSV) and upload that.
Your file needs a header row. Papyris recognises these columns:
- name (required) — also accepts “customer”, “customer name” or “full name”
- phone — also “phone number”, “whatsapp” or “mobile”
- email — also “email address”
- location — also “city” or “address”
Extra columns are ignored, so you can upload the spreadsheet you already keep without cleaning it up first. For Excel files the first sheet in the workbook is imported.
