The first time you sign in, Papyris opens the welcome wizard. You can skip any step and come back later — nothing is locked — but going straight through takes about ten minutes and leaves you with a CRM that already knows your business.
- Business information. Your business name, your name, country and phone number. Your currency is set automatically from your country — you can change it anytime in Settings.
- WhatsApp. Nothing to install or connect — Papyris opens WhatsApp chats for you with one tap from any customer.
- Import customers. Upload a CSV or Excel file, or add customers by hand. See importing customers.
- Your first lead. Create one customer with a product and deal value — this is your pipeline coming alive.
- Profile checklist. A progress bar shows what is still missing (logo, opening hours, and so on).
When you finish, a short five-tip tour points out the key areas of the dashboard. You can retake it anytime by opening /dashboard?tour=1.
