Email templates work like your WhatsApp message templates, but for email: a saved subject and body you can drop into any message instead of typing it fresh.
- Create templates in Settings → Email templates — a name (for you), a subject and a body.
- Use them when composing an email to a customer: pick the template, tweak if needed, send.
- Good starters:a payment reminder, an order confirmation, a “thanks for your purchase” with a review ask.
